Shipping & Returns Information / FAQ Section

When will my order be dispatched?
If you place your order before 2pm we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day. However delays can occur due to low stock levels and increased volume of orders. Orders that have been placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the following working day.
If you have ordered a “Non-Stocked” item please be aware that it can take an additional 5-10 days for your item to be delivered to us from the manufacturer.

When will my order be delivered?
We endeavour to ship all orders for next day delivery via PARCELFORCE if your order is placed before 2pm.
Premier Hydroponics shall not be responsible for any delays experienced once your has been handed over to the courier.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland will commonly be between 2 and 7 days depending on the distance travelled.
Economy pallet services will have the delivery date arranged with the customer.

How much does delivery to the UK Mainland cost?
£8.95 for all orders up to 25kg and £5.95 per additional 25kg thereafter until size and weight of order requires a pallet service, which the customer will receive a quote for after placing an order.
Delivery to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands –
Customers  who place an order going to any of these areas will receive a shipping quote after placing an order which has been calculated according to the size and weight of your order. Quotations for shipping take time to prepare, therefore they may add an additional 1-2 days onto your order.
Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH14-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.
Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Is my order Instock?
An Item will only be marked as out of stock on our website if the product is unavailable from all our of branches and warehouse. An Item marked as “Instock” may occasionally be held at any one of our branches or be awaiting delivery from the manufacturer. This can take a few days to reach our dispatch depot where we will send your order from.
We are constantly working hard to ensure all items are kept Instock, so that you will receive your order as soon as possible.
If an item will cause an exceptional delay to your order we will attempt to inform you as soon as possible.

Which couriers do you use?
We use Parcelforce Wordwide (http://www.parcelforce.com) as our main courier . In certain circumstances we may use an alternative company.

Where can my order be sent?
Orders can only be sent to the card-holder’s address unless the card is enrolled and verified using the 3-D Security system.

European and International Delivery Charges
We currently only ship to the UK. In certain circumstances we may be able to ship overseas . Please contact us for more information.

Pallet Service
If your order is large enough to require pallet shipping, we can obtain a quotation from a pallet courier. If you prefer, you may arrange your own pallet delivery service. In these instances we can accept no responsibility for goods arriving damaged at their destination.

Returns Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied – if you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees. In this case the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning the item.
Items must be returned unused in a re-sellable condition, including packaging. If returned items do not comply with these conditions then they will be subject to a 30% handling charge together with collection charges where applicable.

We do not accept:

• Any grow tents that have been removed from the original packaging.
• Any sealed goods such as nutrient truncheons, pH meters, etc cannot be returned once the seal has been broken unless found to be faulty.
• We do not accept back nutrients, additives or grow media.
Damaged goods
All products are carefully checked , wrapped and packed before being dispatched. Plain Packaging Policy
It is Premier policy to send out all orders in plain boxes or black-wrapped packaging . This will ensure your privacy is maintained at all times.
