These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
To order products through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.
We maintain the right not to continue with any transaction or supply goods at our discretion.
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability regardless of stock status . If we are unable to supply products for any reason we maintain the right to cancel the order and refund any money paid for the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred if we do not supply goods.
All product descriptions , specifications and images contained on our website are intended to provide the best information possible. However , we cannot guarantee the accuracy and suitability of all content , some of which is provided by a third party .
We endeavour to deliver all goods within 2-7 working days and aim for next day or 48 hour delivery when possible. Premier Hydroponics shall not be responsible for any delays experienced once your goods have been handed over to the courier. Deliveries outside the UK Mainland will commonly be between 2 and 7 days depending on the distance travelled. Economy pallet services will have the delivery date arranged with the customer. Premier Hydroponics ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses , charges or damages incurred due to delayed delivery.
We strive to maintain the accuracy of the prices published on our website at all times however errors or inaccuracies may occur . We maintain the right to adjust the prices of our products at any time , even after a product has been purchased. If the price of a product is deemed incorrect after the goods have been purchased , we will inform the customer and offer to cancel and refund. All prices on our website include VAT but exclude delivery charges which will be specified at the checkout before your order is completed.
